User-created records are stored locally on the device using the app's local storage. Decafsoft does not provide separate cloud synchronization or server-side storage for these records. Users are responsible for managing access to their own device, screen lock, backup settings, and device-level security.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
User-created records remain on the device until the user deletes them in the app or removes the app from the device.
- Users may delete records within the app where deletion features are provided.
- Users may delete all locally stored app data by uninstalling the app.
- If the device operating system provides an app data reset function, users may also clear app data from system settings.
Since Decafsoft does not store user-created records on its own server, Decafsoft cannot remotely access, restore, or delete records stored only on the user's device.
10. Children's Privacy
The app is not specifically directed to children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so that we can review the issue.
